- 8 egg yolks
- 2 c. half and half
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Kahlua
Directions

1Bring half and half, cream and sugar to boil, then remove from flame.

2Let cool.

3In bowl, lightly whisk yolks while slowly adding sugared creme.

4Add Kahlua; remove any froth from the top.

5Ladle mixture in ramekins and bake approximately 20 to 25 minutes at 325° in water bath, lightly covered with foil (they are ready when bounce to touch).

6Refrigerate until completely cooled.

7Cover top with coating of sugar and caramelize.

8Serve immediately.
