- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. coffee powder
- 1/4 c. Kahlua
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg white
- 2 tsp. sugar
- chocolate curls
Directions

1Chill medium bowl and beaters.

2Combine cream and coffee powder in chilled bowl.

3Beat until soft peaks form.

4Add Kahlua and 2 tablespoons sugar.

5Beat until stiff peaks form.

6In small bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form.

7Gradually add 2 teaspoons sugar; beat until stiff peaks form.

8Fold egg white into whipped cream

9mixture.

10Transfer to dessert bowl, cover and chill several hours or overnight.

11Decorate with chocolate curls.

12Chill in a 1 1/2-quart souffle dish if desired.
