  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 2/3 c. pecans
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, adding pecans last.

    Pour in 9-inch unbaked pie crust.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°.

    Bake until done or silver knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
