- 1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can white Shoepeg corn
- 1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 (4 oz.) tube crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Layer green beans, water chestnuts and corn in a 2-quart casserole.

2Combine soup, sour cream, onion and Cheddar cheese. Pour over vegetables.

3Mix margarine, crackers and garlic powder. Sprinkle on top.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
