  • 1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can white Shoepeg corn
  • 1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 (4 oz.) tube crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Layer green beans, water chestnuts and corn in a 2-quart casserole.

    Combine soup, sour cream, onion and Cheddar cheese. Pour over vegetables.

    Mix margarine, crackers and garlic powder. Sprinkle on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
