- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 c. fresh or thawed frozen corn kernels, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 c. light cream or half and half
Directions

4Beat in eggs, then stir in corn and cream until blended.
