- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
- 4 unbeaten eggs
- 1/4 c. lemon juice (bottled)
Directions

1Mix together first 3 ingredients.

2Add remaining ingredients. Mix good.

3Do not beat; milk may look curdled.

4Just mix a little more.

5Pour into an 8-inch unbaked pie shell.

6Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 350° for 20 minutes.
