  • 1 box lime jello
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 4 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. Key lime juice

Directions

    Mix first five ingredients; beat two to three minutes at medium speed.

    Pour into three eight-inch round, greased and floured cake pans.

    Bake at 350° approximately 25 minutes.
