  • 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp. grated lime peel
  • 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 (8-inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 c. heavy crem
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • fine shreds lime peel

Directions

    In large bowl mix milk (Eagle Brand), lime peel, juice and salt.

    Add yolks.

    Use mixer at high speed.

    Beat 1 or 2 minutes or until thick.

    Pour into crust.

    Chill at least 2 hours or until set.
