  • 3 oz. lime juice
  • 4 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Directions

    Combine egg yolks with milk and mix well.

    Add lime juice a little at a time and stir until filling is smooth and creamy. Pour into the crust and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 10 minutes.

    Chill.

    Just before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with a twist of lime.
