- 3 egg yolks, separated
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened (canned) condensed milk
- 8 oz. lime or lemon juice
- graham cracker pie shell
Directions

1Preheat oven to 225°.

2In bowl, mix together egg yolks, milk and lemon peel.

3After mixing, add lime or lemon juice.

4Mix for another minute.

5Pour mixture into shell.

6Bake in oven for 10 minutes.

7Remove from oven and let cool before refrigerating. Serve cold with whipped cream.
