- 4 eggs, separated (reserve 3 whites for meringue)
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 2 to 3 tsp. grated lime rind (optional)
- few drops green food coloring
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/3 c. sugar
