Kim's Fried Corn

  • 1 md. yellow onion, diced
  • 5 to 6 slices bacon
  • 1 md. green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, undrained

Directions

    In a large skillet, fry bacon until crispy.

    Remove the bacon from the skillet and allow it to drain.

    Saute diced onion and green bell pepper in the bacon drippings.

    Saute until tender and onions are opaque.

    Add whole kernal corn (undrained).

    Crumble the bacon fried earlier and add to the skillet.

    Mix well and saute on medium heat stirring frequently until liquid is evaporated.
