- 200 grams Nappa cabbage kimchi
- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 1 dash Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 block Tofu
- 1 bunch Garlic chives
- 1 packet Bean sprouts
- 1 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 packet Enoki mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 2 tbsp Chicken soup stock (powder)
- 100 ml Sake
- 1 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Directions

1Cut the pork into bite size and season with the ingredients.

2Cut the tofu into bite sizes.

3Cut the garlic chives to 4 cm and shred the mushrooms.

4Grate the garlic.

5Heat sesame oil in an earthenware pot and stir fry the kimchi.

6Add the pork and continue to stir fry.

7Add 900 ml of water (not listed) and all ingredients.

8When it starts to boil, skim off the scum from the surface and add the rest of the ingredients.

9When everything is cooked through, it's done.
