- 4 lb. brisket
- 2 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. liquid smoke
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Place brisket on large sheet of heavy-duty foil.

2Sprinkle seasonings on both sides.

3Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over top.

4Wrap securely and let stand 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator.

5Place foil wrapped meat (do not add liquid) in slow cooker or very low oven.

6Cook 8 to 10 hours. Chill before slicing thin.
