  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 (11 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas, cut into 6 pieces

    Mix soups, broth and Ro-Tel.

    In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer chicken, tortillas, onion and soup mix.
