  • 2 lbs beef tips, butcher fresh
  • 6 ounces orange juice
  • 4 ounces Italian dressing
  • 4 tablespoons tbsps spicy mustard
  • 2 teaspoons granulated onion powder
  • 1 fresh garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 ounces teriyaki sauce
  • 2 ounces soy sauce
  • 4 ounces barbecue sauce

Directions

    Slice steak tips into 2 to 3 oz pieces, set aside.

    In a large freezer bag or large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix together thoroughly.

    Once properly mixed add steak tips and work marinate into tips well.

    Let sit for a min of 30 minutes with 4 HR's plus being optimal.

    Cook on a hot grill, allowing sugars to carmalize when cooking.

    Prepare to liking, medium is recommended for best taste.

    This can be served with your favorite rice or grill vegetables.
