Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced sirloin (1-inch strips)
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
  • 3 spring onions, sliced 1-inch lengths
  • 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • slight sprinkle dry ginger

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and marinate approximately 1 hour.

    Quick fry in very hot pan, not using any other oil.

    Serve over rice.
