- 9 large white potatoes, grated
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 large white onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1Fry bacon until medium crisp.
