Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent (m.s.g.)
  • 1/2 lb. (1 c.) melted butter (no substitute)
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Thaw spinach and squeeze water out and then mix with rest of ingredients.

    Put in refrigerator to chill, then shape into walnut-size balls.

    Quick freeze on cookie sheet covered with wax paper.

    Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.

    You can keep in freezer bags until ready to bake for up to 1 month.
