- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Accent (m.s.g.)
- 1/2 lb. (1 c.) melted butter (no substitute)
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Thaw spinach and squeeze water out and then mix with rest of ingredients.

2Put in refrigerator to chill, then shape into walnut-size balls.

3Quick freeze on cookie sheet covered with wax paper.

4Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.

5You can keep in freezer bags until ready to bake for up to 1 month.
