  • 2 lb. ground lamb
  • 3/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well and knead for a few minutes. Ice water may be added to soften the mixture. Form long cylinder shaped meat patties and place on skewers. Barbecue on grill, being careful not to over cook or they will be too dry. Cooking time is 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 6.
