  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 4 None scallions, finely sliced
  • 1 None large egg
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • None None Cooking oil spray
  • None None Tabbouleh, to serve
  • None None Flatbread, to serve
  • None None Hummus, to serve

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

    Combine lamb, scallion, egg and tomato sauce in a mixing bowl. Season to taste. Form into walnut-sized balls and arrange on prepared tray. Spray with oil. Bake for 20-25 mins, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.

    Allow to cool. Store, chilled, in an airtight container. Serve warm or cool, with tabbouleh, flatbread and hummus.
