- 5 to 6 lb. lamb roast
- salt
- pepper
- 1 jar black currant jelly
- 1 c. ketchup
Directions

1Place meat on rack in open baking pan; salt and pepper. Insert meat thermometer and roast at 325° until meat reaches a temperature of 175° for medium, 180° for well-done.

2After one hour, baste with sauce made with jelly and ketchup.

3Baste every half hour.

4Total Cooking Time: 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
