Ingredients

  • 6 lamb shanks
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. red wine
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced

Directions

    Place shanks in roaster with a lid.

    Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over shanks.

    Cover and bake in 350° oven for 2 hours or until tender.

    I prefer the smaller shanks.
