  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu
  • 9 to 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 24 oz. cottage cheese (Ricotta if prefer)
  • 18 slices Provolone cheese
  • 18 slices Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown hamburg; drain and add Ragu.

    Boil noodles.

    Lay 3 to 4 noodles on bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Put hamburg sauce on top, then layer cheeses.

    Repeat two more times.

    Cheese will be on top at the end.

    Bake for 1 hour at 325° or 350°.

    May cover loosely with foil.
