- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (any flavor)
- 1/2 small jar Ragu (green pepper and onion flavor)
- 2 large containers cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Boil noodles; set aside in cold water to keep from sticking by putting on wax paper.

2Fry hamburger meat; drain fat.

3Add peppers, onions and spaghetti sauce to meat.

4Set aside.

5Mix all the cottage cheese in bowl with 1/4 Parmesan cheese; add eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

6Mix well.
