- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced, or garlic powder
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary or basil
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. water or 1 can tomatoes
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles with oil in salted water for 15 minutes.

2Drain. Combine beef, onion, green pepper and seasonings and cook until crumbly in oil.

3Add tomato paste and water or tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.

4Blend eggs and cottage cheese.

5On baking dish, put thin layer of meat sauce, then cottage cheese, then egg mixture, then Mozzarella cheese.

6Repeat layers.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
