  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 2 to 3 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 large bags Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Brown meat and season to taste. Drain.

    Boil noodles and set to side.

    Add sauce to meat and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.

    Add Ricotta cheese and continue to simmer.

    Put a covering of meat and sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Add layer of noodles, sauce and Mozzarella cheese.

    Repeat

    until gone, end with cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until cheese browns.
