- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 2 to 3 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
- 2 large bags Mozzarella cheese
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Brown meat and season to taste. Drain.

2Boil noodles and set to side.

3Add sauce to meat and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.

4Add Ricotta cheese and continue to simmer.

5Put a covering of meat and sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Add layer of noodles, sauce and Mozzarella cheese.

7Repeat

8until gone, end with cheese on top.

9Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until cheese browns.
