  • 1 lb. beef liver, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 jar Ragu
  • 3 onions, sliced

Directions

    Brown liver in oil.

    Combine Ragu with water.

    Add to liver along with onions.

    Heat to boiling, then turn to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Serve on rice.
