- 2 lb. lean hamburger
- 1 large can tomato soup
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles (wide noodles)
- 1 large container cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 large garlic clove, cut up fine
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Parmesan cheese (can)
Directions

1Boil noodles until tender.

2Brown hamburger.

3Add tomato soup, onion, garlic clove, oregano, water and vinegar.

4Simmer 15 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Place cooked noodles (3 to 4) across pan.

6On top of noodles, put cottage cheese to cover.

7Top with meat sauce and Mozzarella.

8Repeat layers until 3 to 4 layers high.

9Last layer, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

10Bake at 350° for 40 minutes to 1 hour until heated through.
