  • 2 lb. lean hamburger
  • 1 large can tomato soup
  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles (wide noodles)
  • 1 large container cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 large garlic clove, cut up fine
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese (can)

Directions

    Boil noodles until tender.

    Brown hamburger.

    Add tomato soup, onion, garlic clove, oregano, water and vinegar.

    Simmer 15 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Place cooked noodles (3 to 4) across pan.

    On top of noodles, put cottage cheese to cover.

    Top with meat sauce and Mozzarella.

    Repeat layers until 3 to 4 layers high.

    Last layer, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes to 1 hour until heated through.
