- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 (12 oz.) cans V-8 juice
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook meat until brown.

2Add tomatoes, sauce, spaghetti mix and V-8 juice.

3Bring to a boil; turn stove down and simmer 10 minutes. Grease pan 17 x 9 x 4-inch.

4Cover with uncooked noodles and add a layer of meat sauce.

5Dot with cottage cheese.

6Use half the Mozzarella cheese.

7Repeat layers.

8Pour all remaining sauce on top.

9Sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan cheese.

10Cover with foil and seal edges.

11Bake 1 hour at 300°.
