- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) cottage cheese
- 8 oz. sliced or shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and rinse in cold water.

3In frypan, break apart ground beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.

4Drain fat.

5Stir in spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil; remove from heat.

6Assemble lasagna in a 13 x 9-inch pan by layering 1/3 noodles, 1/3 meat sauce, 1/2 of cottage cheese and 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese.

7Repeat with next layer.

8On last layer of noodles, spread with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.

10Makes 6 to 8 servings.
