- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown beef, onion, garlic and oregano in skillet.

2Add soup, water and vinegar.

3Simmer 30 minutes.

4Arrange in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, three alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese.

5Top with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Let stand 15 minutes before eating.
