Ingredients

  • 2 small cartons plain, custard-type yogurt
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. whipped cream
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/8 c. milk
  • fruit (any berry is good)
  • nuts (if desired)

Directions

    Heat milk and gelatin until gelatin is dissolved and smooth. Stir in yogurt and half of the whipped cream.

    Layer in parfait glasses with fruit and remaining whipped cream.
