  • 1 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 large can Vegeburger
  • 1 large onion, sauteed
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 1 small jar hot sauce
  • 1 pkg. powdered spaghetti mix
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 qt. Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook together Vegeburger, onion, olives, cottage cheese, hot sauce, spaghetti mix, spaghetti sauce and oil.

    Place one layer of cooked noodles in a baking dish, then layer the vegeburger mixture and add layer of cheese.

    Repeat until baking dish is full.

    Cover with remainder of cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
