  • 1 large box lasagna noodles
  • 2 (8 oz.) boxes cream cheese
  • 16 oz. carton cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 large jars spaghetti sauce
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs

Directions

    Brown beef. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer.

    Mix together cream cheese, cottage cheese and 2 raw eggs.

    Mix well with mixer. Boil noodles until tender (do not overcook).

    In a large pan, layer sauce on bottom, noodles, sauce, cream cheese mixture, boiled eggs and Mozzarella cheese. Continue layering until gone or you run out of room.

    Bake at 425° for approximately 45 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.

    If too soupy, cook longer; too dry, decrease cooking time.
