  • 4 to 5 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. lasagna
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, spread 1 cup of sauce, arrange a layer of lasagna, top with sauce, Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan.

    Repeat, gently pressing pieces into cheese mixture.

    End with a final layer of lasagna, pour remaining sauce over, make sure all lasagna is covered with sauce, top with Mozzarella and Parmesan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes, until lightly brown and bubbling.

    Allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving.
