Lasagna Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 chopped onion, browned with beef
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 18 oz. tomato paste (add 2 cans water)
  • Italian seasoning
  • garlic salt

Directions

    The longer it's cooked the better.

    Cook lasagna noodles until tender.

    Add 1 teaspoon oil.

    When tender, drain noodles and rinse in cold water (will keep from sticking together).

    Put layer of sauce, layer of Mozzarella cheese, then layer of noodles.

    Bake until cheese melts.
