- 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 chopped onion, browned with beef
- 1 clove garlic
- 18 oz. tomato paste (add 2 cans water)
- Italian seasoning
- garlic salt
Directions

1The longer it's cooked the better.

2Cook lasagna noodles until tender.

3Add 1 teaspoon oil.

4When tender, drain noodles and rinse in cold water (will keep from sticking together).

5Put layer of sauce, layer of Mozzarella cheese, then layer of noodles.

6Bake until cheese melts.
