- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 or 1/4 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1/2 box lasagne strips
Directions

1Boil lasagne until tender; drain.

2Brown ground beef in skillet with 1 teaspoon seasoned salt; drain.

3To assemble, layer lasagne, meat and then cheese.

4Keep layering until all is used. Put foil on top.

5Cook in 400° oven for 45 minutes.
