  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 or 1/4 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1/2 box lasagne strips

Directions

    Boil lasagne until tender; drain.

    Brown ground beef in skillet with 1 teaspoon seasoned salt; drain.

    To assemble, layer lasagne, meat and then cheese.

    Keep layering until all is used. Put foil on top.

    Cook in 400° oven for 45 minutes.
