- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 1/2 c. tomatoes with juice
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 to 1 1/2 oz. envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat in large skillet.

2Drain off excess fat.

3Add salt, garlic and pepper.

4Simmer 10 minutes.

5Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and spaghetti sauce mix.

6Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

7Cook lasagne noodles as directed on carton.

8Drain; rinse with cold water and drain again.

9In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pour 1/3 of the meat sauce.

10Cover with strips of lasagne, then 1/3 of Mozzarella and cottage cheese.

11Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.

14Bake at 300° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
