  • 9 lasagne noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Provolone cheese
  • 1 1/2 jars Ragu thick and zesty (1 large and 1 small)
  • 2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles. Brown hamburger meat, sausage, green pepper and onion.

    Drain.

    Add sauce and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

    In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex, put 1 layer of noodles.

    Pour meat sauce and cheese.

    Repeat 2 more times. End up with cheese on top. I add more cheese. Cook 30 minutes at 300°. Serve with garlic bread and fresh veggies and dip.
