  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 oz. lasagne noodles
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 16 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage slowly; drain off fat.

    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, garlic and 1/2 teaspoon salt; simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes and stir occasionally.

    Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
