  • 4 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 7 c. liquid (use juice from pineapple and add water)
  • 3 c. diced celery
  • 2 c. pineapple chunks
  • 1 c. grapes, halved
  • 1 c. chopped pimiento
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Boil the 7 cups liquid.

    Pour over Jell-O.

    Add vinegar and salt.

    Let stand until partially cool and set.

    Then add fruits and vegetables.

    Mold and chill.
