- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. hamburger
- 2 (32 oz.) jars Ragu
- 2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 16 oz. box lasagne noodles
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain hamburger.

2Cook and drain noodles.

3Mix cheeses.

4In a deep sided 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer the ingredients as follows:

5Ragu, noodles, cheeses, hamburger and Ragu, using approximately 1/4 of each ingredient.

6Repeat for 3 more layers.

7Top with sprinkled Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until well done and bubbly.

9Recipe may be divided in half.

10Cook one now and freeze one for later.
