  • 30 Ritz crackers
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tub Cool Whip
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. coconut

Directions

    Crush Ritz crackers.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Mix in sugar, vanilla, crackers and pecans.

    Put in Pyrex dish and cook for 25 minutes at 325°.

    Cool completely and add Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
