- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 (10 oz.) box lasagne noodles
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 (24 oz.) container cottage cheese
Directions

1Brown hamburger, spoon off excess fat.

2Add next 7 ingredients.

3Simmer until thick (about 45 minutes).

4Stir occasionally (add water as needed).

5Cook noodles, drain and rinse in cold water.

6Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Mix well.

7In 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, place noodles, then layer cheese mixture and meat mixture.

8Repeat until all ingredients are used.

9Top with Mozzarella cheese.

10Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
