Lavendar Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 3 cup granulated sugar
  • 7 each lavendar sprigs (stem & buds)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 16 lavendar buds for garnish (1 per glass) or edible violets

Directions

    In a large saucepan, boil 1 gallon of water with sugar.

    Remove from heat, add 7 lavendar sprigs, lemon and lime juice.

    Cool to room temperature, strain and chill.
  4. 4
    Serve over ice and garnish with lavendar buds or violets.
