Lavendar Lemonade

- 3 cup granulated sugar
- 7 each lavendar sprigs (stem & buds)
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 16 lavendar buds for garnish (1 per glass) or edible violets
Directions

1In a large saucepan, boil 1 gallon of water with sugar.

2Remove from heat, add 7 lavendar sprigs, lemon and lime juice.

3Cool to room temperature, strain and chill.

4Serve over ice and garnish with lavendar buds or violets.
