- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chopped lavender leaves
- confectioners sugar and rosewater
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Put eggs, margarine, sugar and lavender into blender and run on low until well mixed.

3Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl.

4Add other ingredients and stir until blended.

5Drop dough by 1/2 teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.

6Bake until lightly browned; cool on rack.

7Blend enough rosewater into the confectioners sugar to make a smooth frosting.

8Ice cookies and let them sit until frosting is firm.

9(I add food coloring to make them lavender.)

10Can also decorate top with edible flowers.
