Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1/4 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. frozen peas
- 1/2 head broccoli, chopped (optional)
- 1 small jar mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1In a large bowl layer lettuce, cauliflower (sliced or chopped), onion, peas and broccoli (optional).

2Spread over top of layers the mayonnaise, shredded cheese, bacon and sugar.

3Let set 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

4Mix together before serving.
