Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/4 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 c. frozen peas
  • 1/2 head broccoli, chopped (optional)
  • 1 small jar mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

    In a large bowl layer lettuce, cauliflower (sliced or chopped), onion, peas and broccoli (optional).

    Spread over top of layers the mayonnaise, shredded cheese, bacon and sugar.

    Let set 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

    Mix together before serving.
