Layered Cabbage Lasagna

- 1 medium head cabbage, cut up
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large onion, cut up
- salt and pepper
- garlic
- 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
- Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cut up cabbage and put in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan; set aside. Brown ground chuck, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to taste; then pour over cabbage.

2Sprinkle rice over meat mixture.

3Combine in pan and bring to boil tomato sauce, soup and water; then pour over rice.

4Cover with shredded Mozzarella cheese.

5Bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.

6Cover with tinfoil if cheese gets too brown.
