Layered Ham Dip

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 13 cup Dijon mustard or 13 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 14 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 medium jalapenos or 1 medium serrano pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced ham, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar

Directions

    Blend cream cheese, mustard, pineapple and half the pepper in a medium bowl.

    Spread into a 9 in pie plate or shallow serving dish.

    Blend ham, green onion, marmalade, vinegar and remaining jalapeno pepper in a medium bowl.

    Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture.

    Cover and refrigerate until serving.

    Serve with bagel or pita chips for dipping.
